OVERVIEW
The Democracy at Work Fund supports labor-led movements across the Global South, channeling funds into initiatives at the intersection of workers’ rights, gender equity, and climate justice. With multiple funders and wide-reaching goals, the Fund needed a unifying brand presence that communicated clarity, credibility, and solidarity. I was tasked with building this from the ground up — developing a core identity system that could speak fluently across continents, sectors, and platforms.
Contributions
I led the visual development of the Democracy at Work Fund’s new identity — crafting a logo system that balanced institutional gravity with human-centered warmth. The brand framework was then extended into website components, iconography, and key messaging touchpoints, ensuring consistency across materials designed to reach NGOs, funders, and frontline worker groups alike. The design needed to resonate across cultures without diluting its stance — and it delivered.
